 “Paws 'n' Effect” is a funny and magical story of a misunderstood little girl in the big city, who runs away from home and meets a magical dog in Central Park. Together Lucy and her new friend Lily embark on a surreal adventure, a poetic journey where Lucy learns to accept people for who they are - including herself.
   Following the success of it's well regarded Neighborhood Garage Tour program, Off-Leash Area continues its commitment to presenting highly creative work for all audiences, regardless of age or experience with sophisticated performance work.
