About the festival
We are thrilled to announce the inaugural BARK!ART Dog and Art Festival,
September 15th 12pm-8pm and September 16th 12pm-5pm
at the Off-Leash Art Box - our new theater in the Nokomis neighborhood of Minneapolis.
A two-day, family-friendly event, BARK!ART will be hosted by Off-Leash Area with community partner Canine Coach, voted #1 Dog Trainer in the Twin Cities since 2005. BARK!ART will bring together two communities beloved by Off-Leash Area -- dogs and art -- in a festival featuring:
o - All Ages Talent Show (SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS!)
o - Dog Related Business and Artisan Booths (SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS!)
o - Off-Leash Area's New Show, “Paws 'n' Effect,” starring a real dog! (TIX AVAILABLE AUG 15!!)

Where Will Business Booths be Set Up?
Business and Artist Booths will be set up in the Off-Leash Art Box Parking Lot, located on the corner of 54th St. and 42nd Avenue South
What Kind of Businesses/Artists Can Participate?
We are excited to invite artists, individuals, and businesses who create goods and/or who provide services for dogs, dog-owners and dog-lovers. Pet Portraits? Yes! Handmade Dog Beds? Yes! Dog-Sitters Rescue Organizations, Veterinarians - Yes!
How Do I Register?
Early Bird Registration takes place
August 5th-September 5th.
We have limited number of spaces so Register Early!
ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW AVAILABLE!
When your application is approved we will officially hold your place once payment is received
FOR PROFIT BUSINESSES/INDIVIDUALS: $250 full booth (10'x10') /$125 half (5'x5')
NON-PROFITS /ARTISTS: $150 full booth/$75 half
ADD $25 after September 5 Early Bird deadline

How Do I Participate?!
Fill out & submit the registration form. Submit a link to a video of your act, 2-3 minutes in length, which features you and your prized pooch. Registration Fee is $10 (non refundable).
Where and When does the Talent Show Take Place?
On the Off-Leash Art Box parking lot there will be a
small stage with a sound system.
Round 1 - Saturday, Sept 15, 2:30pm and 5:30pm
Finalists - Sunday, Sept 16, 2:30pm
What Kind of Talent Are We Looking For?
We're looking for acts where you and your dog do a short 2-3 minute performance together.
